Hearing Brain Audiology offers a customer-care SMS program that assists clients in scheduling and coordinating their appointments. By explicitly opting in to receive SMS messages from Hearing Brain Audiology (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions
Either on a phone call or on a form, we may ask you if you wish to be sent a text message to schedule an appointment with one of our audiologists. If you clearly agree, we will send you an SMS message with a secure link to schedule your appointment & allow you to directly message your provider via SMS. This SMS program is used for customer care only. It is not used to send marketing or promotional messages.
By expressly giving your consent to receive a SMS message from Hearing Brain Audiology, you agree to receive text messages that can include a secure link to schedule an initial appointment with our audiologists or direct correspondence with a member of staff for scheduling or coordinating appointments.
You can opt out of receiving these messages by declining the request to send you a text or by following the instructions provided in each message.
Message frequency: 1-4 messages per month
Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
Text message communications are only sent after you provide explicit verbal or written consent. Consent is obtained verbally during a phone call of through the online form on this website. Messages are only sent after consent is received.
Your consent is specific to this SMS program and to Hearing Brain Audiology. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, treatment, or receiving services
By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including the terms related to data collection, communication, and security.
We will never send you unsolicited text messages outside of the expressed purpose of scheduling an appointment with our audiologists, stated above & consented to by you (the caller).
You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions below
You may choose to stop receiving text messages from Hearing Brain Audiology at any time. To opt out, either decline the on-call request to send you a text message or reply to any text message you receive from us with the word STOP. Once we receive your opt-out request, we will promptly stop sending text messages to your number. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
After you send STOP you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
Please note that opting out of messages will not affect your ability to receive services from Hearing Brain Audiology.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Hearing Brain Audiology and its wireless carrier partner are not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Hearing Brain Audiology and its wireless carrier partner.
By consenting to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that Hearing Brain Audiology or its wireless carrier partner will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to, delays, non-delivery, or technical issues. Your use of our SMS services is at your own risk, and we provide our services on an ‘as-is’ basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that no data transmission over the Internet or mobile networks can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and therefore, you use our services at your own risk.
